河北建投沙河电厂(以下简称沙河电厂)由河北建投能源投资股份有限公司与河北兴泰发电公司共同投资建立。沙河电厂项目是河北省“上大压小”重点在建项目,静态投资47.4亿元,2012年3、4季度投产发电。项目自2010年4月19曰开工建设以来,以“强化过程管理,严格过程控制”为切入点,把过程控制落实到了每个工作环节,建立了层级分明、落实到位、防患于未然的基建安全生产管理体系。
