随着我国社会主义经济的不断发展,我国的医药卫生体制改革也在不断的深入,伴随着日趋激烈的医疗市场竞争,医院面临的挑战也越来越大。医院作为一个拥有特殊身份的市场竞争者,要想增加效益赢得市场,不仅需要不断提高自身的医疗技术水平和提供优质的服务,还要在坚持公益性的首要前提下,进一步控制医疗成本,完善医院的成本管理,改善医院的经营状况。医院在确保经济效益的同时,还应重视社会效益,增强自身的竞争能力和发展能力,实现可持续发展。本文将基于目前医院在成本管理的现状出发,剖析其中存在的问题,富有针对性的对医院的成本管理提出应对措施,以求更好的推进我国医疗卫生事业的又好又快发展。
With the continuous development of the socialist economy in our country, the medical and health system reform in our country is also constantly deepening. With the increasingly fierce competition in the medical market, the hospital is also facing more and more challenges. As a market competitor with special status, the hospital wants to gain more benefits to win the market. It not only needs to continuously improve its own medical technology and provide excellent services, but also further control medical costs and improve Hospital’s cost management, to improve the hospital’s operating conditions. While ensuring the economic benefits, hospitals should also attach importance to social benefits, enhance their own competitiveness and ability to develop, and achieve sustainable development. Based on the current status quo of cost management in hospitals, this paper analyzes the existing problems and proposes targeted measures to the hospital cost management so as to promote the good and fast development of medical and health undertakings in our country.
