本文从分析高职院校教学工作诊断与改进制度的意义入手,研究高职院校教学工作诊断与改进的内涵,从分析人才培养数据平台、完善内部保障体系、落实主体责任、深化校企合作方面探索高职院校的教学工作诊断与改进工作,有利于提高技术技能人才培养质量,促进高职教育教学工作的健康发展。
