贵州省长顺县农机局于一九七六年三月上旬,组织了由全县各拖拉机站、农机厂、农机公司负责人参加的春前备耕农机设备维修大检查、大评比现场会。会议坚持党的基本路线,查坚持农机务农方向;查拖拉机及配套农具完好率;查备耕措施、规章制度是否合理、健全;查一档、一卡、一记是否建立。会议代表对全县十五个公社机站、八十八台拖拉机进行了巡回参观检查、评比和总结。通过检直评比,树立了典型,找出了差距,交流了经验,推动了各机站抓紧维修工作,使春季机耕出现了“思想早动员,设备早维修,计划早落实,机车早下田”的动人局面。
