在吸收和借鉴有关低碳经济社会和低碳评价指标研究成果的基础上,按照构建评价体系的要求,从经济、社会、技术、环境、动态发展等几方面建立了我国省域低碳经济发展评价指标体系。运用主成分分析和因子分析法对我国省域低碳经济发展水平进行了测算,并运用聚类分析法将我国省域低碳经济发展水平划分为低碳区、次低碳区、相对高碳区和高碳区等四个层次。
Based on the research achievements of low-carbon economy and society and low-carbon appraisal index, in accordance with the requirements of constructing appraisal system, we have established the development of low-carbon economy in our province from the aspects of economy, society, technology, environment and dynamic development Evaluation System. Using principal component analysis and factor analysis to measure the level of development of low-carbon economy in our province, and using cluster analysis to divide the development level of low-carbon economy in our province into low-carbon area, low-carbon area, high carbon District and high carbon zone and other four levels.
