为进一步探讨五倍子对活体眼结膜成纤维细胞增生的抑制作用及其对眼组织的毒性作用,对制成青光眼滤过术模型的兔眼及另一组健康兔眼,结膜下注射五倍子提取液,结果五倍子组术后结膜滤过泡的形成维持时间优于对照组(P<0.01)。五倍子组的手术区组织病理改变比对照组轻,药物毒性试验结果显示五倍子对角膜内皮细胞密度无影响,与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),五倍子不引起角膜上皮缺损,房水清晰无混浊,眼球各组织结构无改变。结果提示五倍子对手术伤口的成纤维细胞增生具有显著的抑制作用,可以提高青光眼滤过术的成功率,而且对眼球组织无毒性作用。
To further investigate the inhibitory effect of Galla chin on conjunctiva fibroblast proliferation in vivo and its toxic effects on ocular tissues, gallbladder extract was injected subconjunctivally into rabbit eyes and other healthy rabbit eyes that had been prepared for glaucoma filtration surgery. Results The formation and maintenance time of conjunctival filtering bleb in the gallnut group was better than that in the control group (P<0.01). The pathological changes of the operation area of Galla chinensis group was lighter than that of the control group. The results of drug toxicity test showed that gallnut has no effect on the density of corneal endothelial cells, and there is no significant difference compared with the control group (P>0.05). Gallnut does not cause corneal epithelial defect. The water was clear and cloudy, and the structure of the eyeballs did not change. The results suggest that gallnut has a significant inhibitory effect on fibroblast proliferation in surgical wounds, can improve the success rate of glaucoma filtering surgery, and has no toxic effects on eyeball tissue.
