目的:观察自体外周血干细胞移植治疗17例对常规化疗无效的晚期实体瘤疗效。方法:对晚期实体瘤17例患者,应用 rhG— CSF联合化疗进行干细胞动员采集、冻存,然后应用大剂量化疗进行治疗,48小时后进行于细胞回输,严密观察干细胞移植指标、患者临床反应,然后按WHO抗肿瘤药物评定标准进行疗效评定。结果:17例患者干细胞移植全部获得成功。17例中16例有效,有效率为94%,其中CR 8例为47 0%,PR 8例为47.0%,16例患者生活质量均得到明显提高。结论:自体外周干细胞移植治疗对常规化疗无效的晚期实体瘤是可以选择的有效方法。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in the treatment of 17 cases of advanced solid tumors that are ineffective in conventional chemotherapy. Methods: Seventeen patients with advanced solid tumors were treated with rhG-CSF combined with chemotherapy for mobilization of stem cells, frozen, and then treated with high-dose chemotherapy. After 48 hours, the cells were transfused and the stem cell transplantation indexes were closely observed. The clinical response , And then according to WHO anti-tumor drug evaluation criteria for evaluation. Results: Seventeen patients had all the stem cell transplantation successfully. Among the 17 cases, 16 cases were effective and the effective rate was 94%. The CR 8 cases were 47 0% and PR 8 cases were 47.0%. The quality of life of 16 cases were significantly improved. Conclusion: Autologous peripheral stem cell transplantation is an effective and effective method for the treatment of advanced solid tumors that are ineffective in conventional chemotherapy.
