目的探讨表面肌电图生物回授技术配合本体感受器增强训练,促进脑卒中患者肢体功能的恢复。方法 37例脑卒中患者选择上肢肌肉:肱二头肌、肱三头肌。下肢肌肉:股四头肌、胫骨前肌、采用表面电极收集受试者视、听到的肌电信号,以表面肌电图运动单位电位(mup)的频谱为感受器训练的指标。结合相应的训练手法,使废用性肌肉的生理机能得以恢复。结果表面肌电频谱训练前后股四头肌、肱三头肌频率明显增高,分别为(P<0.001)、(P<0.05)。而肱二头肌、胫骨前肌运动单位电位振幅和频率有下降趋势;使用传统中医学与现代神经电生理技术的结合,脑卒中患者肢体功能的恢复是有效的,是一项新的康复治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the surface EMG biofeedback technique combined with proprioceptive enhancement training to promote the recovery of limb function in patients with stroke. Methods Thirty-seven stroke patients selected upper limb muscles: biceps and triceps. Lower extremity muscles: Quadriceps, tibialis anterior muscle, surface electrodes were used to collect the subject’s visual and electromyographic signals, and the spectrum of the surface EMG mup was used as an index of sensory training. Combined with the corresponding training practices, so that the physiological function of disused muscles can be restored. Results The frequency of quadriceps femoris and triceps femoris increased significantly before and after surface electromyography (P <0.001) (P <0.05). While the amplitude and frequency of potentials of biceps and tibialis anterior motor units have a decreasing trend. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern neuroelectrophysiology is effective in restoring limb function in stroke patients and is a new rehabilitation treatment means.
