千唐志斋位于洛阳市西四十五公里之新安县铁门镇,它是已故辛亥革命老人、著名爱国民主人士张钫(字伯英)先生所建园林“蛰庐”的一部分,包括一条长廊,三个天井,十五孔窑洞,全部建筑的内外墙壁上镶满了历代墓志铭和书法绘画石刻。铁门古称阙门,这里青龙、凤凰两山对峙,南北涧水环镇东流,西扼崤山,东控函谷,山清水秀,历史悠久,又“当关洛孔道” (章太炎语),故有洛阳西大门之称。
