相对于建筑监理,设备监理起步相对较晚,设备监理作为工程咨询业中的重要组成部分,是在市场经济环境中孕育出的一种科学的、先进的、有效的项目管理制度。通过对重要设备的设计、制造、检验、储运、安装、调试等过程质量实施监督和管理,以提高设备工程的质量和投资效益。本文通过青草沙水库机电设备项目电机监造工作实践,总结了设备监造的的重点及过程控制措施,以期能对电机监造的程序、方式、方法等进行探讨和研究,不断地从实践中总结经验,更好地提高监造工作质量,做好监造服务。
