随着交通信息智能化采集技术的发展,交通管理部门积累了大量反映交通运行特征的区域公路网动态多源信息,如公路交通情况调查数据、高速公路收费数据、实时监控数据、卫星定位数据等。本研究在分析多源数据现状的基础上,结合区域路网运行协同管理信息需求分析,采用四象限理论方法,从多源数据实时性和路网管理协同程度两个维度入手,提出基于四象限理论的区域路网运行协同管理策略模型。最后,针对贵州省区域路网条件和业务特点,提出适应贵州省特点的独立型、共享型、协作型、一体型4种协同管理策略以及相应的路网运行管理模式,为进一步提高区域公路网运行管理水平和交通运输服务能力提供支撑。
With the development of intelligent traffic information collection technology, traffic management departments have accumulated a great deal of dynamic multi-source information of regional road network reflecting the characteristics of traffic operations, such as highway traffic survey data, highway toll data, real-time monitoring data and satellite positioning data .
