目的 探讨内源性 TPA、PAI 的生理变动趋势及缺血状态下消长的变化规律。方法 采用纤溶酶特异的发色底物分解显色法分别检测血浆TPA及其抑制物PAI含量或活性,药盒由美国ADI PHI公司提供,用美国BECKMAN CX5生化分析仪进行测式。结论 ①健康成人的纤溶活性本身存在着节律性,它随每日时辰的不同而动态变化,这种生理性变动的意义与机体所处的活动状态不同有关;②UA患者的PAI/TPA值明显高于正常人,表明UA患者处于纤溶活性低下状态;③UA患者应用DF—521后体内 API/TPA 比值呈下降趋势,表明纤溶活性增强。
Objective To investigate the trends of physiological changes of endogenous TPA and PAI and the changes of the growth and decline of ischemic state. Methods The plasminogen-specific TPA and its inhibitor PAI were detected by the chromogenic substrate-specific chromogenic assay. The kit was provided by ADI PHI Company of America and was measured by the American BECKMAN CX5 biochemical analyzer. Conclusions ① The fibrinolytic activity of healthy adults has its own rhythmicity, which changes dynamically with the daily time of day. The significance of this physiological change is related to the different state of activity of the body. ② The PAI / TPA of UA patients is obviously Higher than normal, indicating that patients with UA fibrinolytic activity was low; ③UA patients with DF-521 in vivo API / TPA ratio showed a downward trend, indicating increased fibrinolytic activity.
