传统的图书馆正面临着因特网的严峻挑战.但由于文字、技术和费用三大障碍,加之图书馆自身发展的优势,因特网不可能在短期内取代图书馆.图书馆要在多元化竞争的环境中求得生存和发展,就必须转变观念,融入新技术,开辟信息服务的新领域.
Traditional libraries are facing the severe challenge of the Internet, but because of the three major obstacles of writing, technology and cost, as well as the advantages of the library itself, the Internet can not replace the library in a short period of time. To seek survival and development, we must change our concepts, integrate new technologies and open up new areas of information services.
