供应链管理正成为国际企业管理的发展方向,本文着重介绍了供应链及供应链管理在我国的发展历程,深入分析了供应链、供应链管理在我国皮革制品企业中的应用现状,从内部和外部两个方面详尽地阐述了皮革制品企业供应链管理系统的构建方法,对进一步提高我国皮革制品企业核心竞争力有着重要的指导意义。
Supply chain management is becoming the development direction of international business management. This article focuses on the development of supply chain and supply chain management in our country, and deeply analyzes the application status of supply chain and supply chain management in China’s leather products enterprises. Two aspects of the external elaboration of the leather products manufacturing enterprise supply chain management system building methods to further enhance the core competitiveness of China’s leather products enterprises has an important guiding significance.
