中国土木工程学会混凝土及预应力混凝土学会部分预应力混凝土委员会于一九八二年十一月二十四日至二十九日在重庆召开了部分预应力混凝土学术交流会。出席会议的有建工、铁道、交通、水电、冶金、化工等系统的设计、施工、科研以及高等院校等单位的代表和列席代表145人。会议得到重庆建筑工程学院和重庆市土建学会的大力支持。这次会议收到了学术论文和交流资料71篇,在会上宣读了45篇。许多论文对部分预应力混凝土设计中的关键问题进行了探讨,提出了看法,有些论文具有较高的学术水平。这些问题包括:预应力混
The Chinese Society of Civil Engineers Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Society of Partial Prestressed Concrete Committee held a partial prestressed concrete academic exchange meeting in Chongqing from November 24th to 29th, 1982. The conference was attended by 145 people including design, construction, and scientific research of construction, railway, transportation, hydropower, metallurgy, and chemical systems, as well as representatives from institutions of higher learning and other institutions. The conference was strongly supported by the Chongqing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture and the Chongqing Institute of Civil Engineering. The conference received 71 papers and exchanges of information, and 45 papers were read at the meeting. Many papers discussed the key issues in the design of partially prestressed concrete and put forward their views. Some papers have a high academic level. These issues include: prestressing
