目的对不同产地丹参的表面、断面、提取液的颜色及药材有效成分之间的相关性进行分析研究。方法运用色彩色差计法和紫外-可见分光光度计进行颜色色度值(L*a*b*)测定,用高效液相色谱法测定药材有效成分的含量,采用STATA软件进行统计分析。结果测量亮度(L*)值的变异系数(RSD)为1.1%~1.9%,表明方法稳定可行。L*值与药材的红色程度存在显著的线性关系,且各组RSD值均小于3%,线性拟合程度较好。结论丹参药材表面颜色的色度值与丹参酮类成分具有正相关性,而断面的颜色变化与丹参有效成分的含量无相关性。
OBJECTIVE To study the correlation between the color, the active ingredients of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in different areas of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods The colorimetric method (L * a * b *) and UV-vis spectrophotometer were used to determine the content of active ingredients in medicinal materials. The data were analyzed by STATA software. Results The coefficient of variation (RSD) of measured lightness (L *) was 1.1% ~ 1.9%, indicating that the method is stable and feasible. There was a significant linear relationship between the L * value and the red degree of the medicinal materials, and the RSD values of all the groups were less than 3% and the linear fit was good. Conclusion The color of salvia miltiorrhiza surface has a positive correlation with the tanshinones, while the color change of the sections has no correlation with the active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
