晴朗的夜晚当我们仰望星空,往往会被满天的繁星所震撼。吸引我们目光的首先会是人们熟悉的星星,比如:北斗星、启明明等。当我们再凝神细看时,又会发现其实有很多很多的星星也在闪烁着明亮动人的光芒。在教学中,教师也常常会被那些散发着明亮光芒的学生所吸引,而容易忽略另一些发着“暗光”的学生,这类学生往往成绩平平,表现中规中矩。其实这类学生也希望被关注,被肯定,只要我们用心去观察,就会发现他们同样散发着明
