采用单膜片平板膜渗透蒸发系统处理煤气化含酚废水,考察了不同废水初始浓度、系统运行温度、废水进液流量对渗透蒸发工艺处理煤气化含酚废水性能的影响。实验结果表明,废水中酚含量不大于2500mg/L时,其渗透通量随初始浓度增加呈线性关系;废水中酚的渗透通量随温度升高而增大,关系符合Arrhenius方程;进液流量的增加对废水中酚的通量增大起促进作用。
A single diaphragm plate membrane pervaporation system was used to treat coal gasification phenolic wastewater. The effects of different initial wastewater concentrations, system operating temperature and waste water inflow on the performance of pervaporation process were investigated. The experimental results show that when the content of phenol in the wastewater is not more than 2500mg / L, the permeate flux of the waste water increases linearly with the increase of the initial concentration. The permeate flux of phenol in the wastewater increases with the increase of temperature, which accords with the Arrhenius equation. The increase of phenol in the wastewater flux increased play a catalytic role.
