案情简介:郑某等94人分别于1997年3月至2001年5月间被富黎华酒店所聘,并分配在餐饮部、客房部、工程部等部门工作。自2001年1月份起,富黎华酒店因经营管理等原因,连续拖欠郑某等94人的工资。虽然,在2001年3月、4月、5月富黎华酒店曾向其中部分员工发放月生活费100元,但仍拖欠郑某等94人工资共计231561.80元。郑某等人多次与富黎华酒店协商要求解决拖欠工资问题,但富黎华酒店认为造成酒店亏损,不能正常发放工资的后果,郑某等94人应承担相应的责任。此
