目的简化健康体检中心工作流程中的工作环节,提高工作效率及服务质量。方法将条形码技术全程应用于体格检查、检验检查、功能检查、总检报告整个体检流程中。结果条形码作为体检客户的唯一标识,有效地简化工作流程,提高工作效率及服务质量,减少了差错的发生。结论条形码技术应用于健康体检中心工作流程中,简化了工作流程,有效的提高了工作效率和医院管理水平,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Objective To simplify the work process in the work flow of the health check-up center and improve work efficiency and service quality.
