(一)目前全国各地一致重视了节约粮食的问题,对浪费粮食的行为进行了揭发。我们感到这是完全必要的。节约粮食有重大的意义;这可以从以下几方面来看: 一、从国家建设需要及农业生产发展的情况来看。随着社会主义建设事业的发展,城市、工矿地区及经济作物地区的人口必然会迅速的增长,对粮食的需要量也一天天地加大。但我国的农业不可能一下子实现集体化和机械化;因而在增产方面暂时还受到限制。在这样情况下,节约粮食就有了重要的意义了。二、从巩固工农联盟来看。粮食是农民辛勤劳动的果实,农民努力增产和节约粮食;是为了支援国家的社会主义工业化,而不是给“某些先生”们浪费的。浪费粮食的现象
