流行性感冒在华北地区是最常见的传染病,几年来每年都有局部的流行。本年某部一支队在进入营房后,曾发生一千五百余名的爆发性流行,此次患者之多为几年来所未有,流行期间嚴重影响了部队工作和战斗力,也造成人力物力上的浪费。因此希望通过这一次的教训,能引起部队负责同志的重视,研究作好各种卫生预防工作,共同努力,以求减少以至消滅本病在部队中的流行,并希同道不吝指正。
Influenza is the most common infectious disease in North China and has been endemic every few years. When a detachment of a certain unit of this year entered the barracks, there were over 1,500 explosive outbreaks. As many as this patient has never seen before, the work and combat effectiveness of the armed forces have been seriously affected during the epidemic, as well as human and material resources On the waste. Therefore, I hope that through this lesson, we can arouse the attention of the commanders in charge of the armed forces and make various health prevention efforts so that we can make joint efforts so as to reduce or even eliminate the disease epidemic in the armed forces.
