利用重离子辐照单晶白云母片,经蚀刻后产生菱形的柱状孔道。菱形孔长轴和短轴对角线的长度分别约为50和30 nm。在云母模板的孔道中通过电化学沉积制备Au纳米线。通过紫外-可见光谱分析,观测到Au纳米线有两个表面等离子体共振(SPR)峰,依赖于模板的菱柱形孔道形状。同时利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对Au纳米线的形貌和晶体结构特征进行了表征。
The use of heavy ions irradiated single crystal muscovite, diamond-shaped columnar channel after etching. The length of the rhombic long axis and the short axis diagonal are about 50 and 30 nm, respectively. Au nanowires were prepared by electrochemical deposition in the pores of the mica template. By UV-Vis spectroscopy, Au nanowires were observed to have two surface plasmon resonance (SPR) peaks, depending on the template’s rhombic pore shape. The morphology and crystal structure of Au nanowires were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
