我院于1991年1月～1992年12月对肠道门诊及住院患儿病毒性腹泻566例进行观察。其中1991年268例,1992年298例;男357例,女209例;年龄1个月～2岁508例。临床表现发热344例,呕吐183例,轻度脱水182例,中度脱水148例;伴有上感或支气管炎289例。血白细胞<5.0×10~9/L292例,<10.0×10~9/L274例。粪常规阴性369例,余均有脂肪球或白细胞少许,培养全部阴性。566例
Our hospital in January 1991 ~ December 1992 for intestinal clinics and hospitalized children with viral diarrhea 566 cases were observed. Among them, 268 cases in 1991, 298 cases in 1992; 357 males and 209 females; 508 cases aged 1 month to 2 years old. Clinical manifestations of 344 cases of fever, vomiting 183 cases, 182 cases of mild dehydration, 148 cases of moderate dehydration; accompanied by flu or bronchitis 289 cases.
