由SPE/IADC(石油工程师及国际钻井承包商)主办的2000年国际钻井年会,于2000年2月22日在美国新奥尔良市召开。中海石油技术服务公司的郭永峰在会上发表了论文(SPD 59263)《Improvement on the Procedure in Exploration Well by Unbalanced Drilling:A Case History in BS 7 Well in People’s Republic of China》(以欠平衡方法改进勘探井的钻井过程及其在板深7井的应用)。这篇论文已在美国休斯顿正式出版。
The 2000 International Drilling Conference, hosted by SPE / IADC (Oil Engineer and International Drilling Contractor), was held on February 22, 2000 in New Orleans, USA. Guo Yongfeng, CNOOC Technical Services, presented a paper entitled “Improvement on the Procedure in Exploration Well by Unbalanced Drilling: A Case History in BS 7 Well in People’s Republic of China” (SPD 59263) Well Drilling Process and Its Application in Banshen 7 Well. This paper has been officially published in Houston, USA.
