企业发展离不开资金,而资金管理又是财务管理的重中之重。因此企业集团根据自身的情况选择合适的资金管理模式非常重要。本文首先对企业集团的含义、财务管理特征和管理模式进行了研究,接着分析了目前集团公司资金管理中存在的问题,并提出建立“以各子公司分灶吃饭为主、集团公司适当管控为辅”的资金管理机制,制定各部门定额、充分下行资金管理权,从而达到提高资金使用效率、减少过程占压和资金浪费的目的。
