本工作观察和分析了受试者在302米氦氧饱和潜水模拟实验中的心电图,判断心脏功能状况及变化,实验观察到:高压性心动徐缓和窦性心律不齐;运动后心电图上呈右心优势,出现横面QRS向量右前成分增大,额面QRS平均电轴向右偏转的趋势;静息和运动后心电图上Q—T/T—Q比值的变化与相应的心率变化趋势一致;运动后R_(V1)+S_(V5)的变化趋势主要由S_(V5)的变化决定;高压下紧接运动后的心率明显高于加压前对照,提示人在高压下心脏动员水平增高,劳动能力下降。
