随着我国改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的不断繁荣,市管县体制的一些局限性逐渐显现出来,改革现有的市管县体制的各方条件已经具备,时机也己成熟。因此,对我国体制问题的思考和省管县体制改革走向的研究就显得非常重要了。
With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the continuous prosperity of the socialist market economy, some limitations of the system of cities and counties are gradually revealed. The conditions for reforming the existing system of city and county administration are available and the time is ripe. Therefore, it is very important for us to think about the problems of our country’s system and to reform the system of province management.
