为了解食品从业人员肠道致病菌带菌情况,我站于1998年3~5月对本地区管辖单位的1720名从业人员进行了肠道致病菌调查,现报告如下。1材料与方法1.1培养基:SC增菌液和SS琼脂采用浙江军区后勤部卫生防疫检疫所生产的成品,其它生化培养基均按常规方法配制。
In order to understand the situation of intestinal pathogenic bacteria in food handlers, I stationed in 17 to 1998 employees in the jurisdictions of the region to investigate pathogenic bacteria in the intestine. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Culture medium: SC enrichment solution and SS agar were prepared using the finished products of the Zhejiang Military District Logistics and Hygiene and Quarantine Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Other biochemical culture media were prepared according to conventional methods.
