作者报告1例由新的分枝杆菌引起的肺部感染,并对患者痰中分离出的病原菌进行了研究。报告如下。55岁男性患者,曾诊断为肺结核,经 RFP、INH、SM、EMB 和 PAS 治疗三年(1979~1982),于1984年5月入国立中部医院(NCH)。主诉发热(37.2~37.7℃)、咳嗽、咯痰,胸片示右上叶纤维干酪灶中有一小空洞,左下叶为浸润、干酪灶。血沉48mm/hr,血白细胞计数8,700/mm~3。痰培养检查:1984年5月3次、6月6次、7月1次。其中6月15日、6月18日、7月10日3次分离出病原菌,分别有2个,1个、1个菌落。分离出的病原菌对所有抗结核药均耐药:SM(20μg/ml),INH(10μg/ml)、PAS(2mg/ml)、EVM(10μg/ml)、RFP(50μg/ml)、EMB(5μg/ml),1314Th(40μg/ml),仅对 KM(100μg/ml)敏感。根据分离菌的生
The authors report a case of pulmonary infection caused by a new mycobacterium and studied the pathogens isolated from sputum from patients. The report is as follows. A 55-year-old man with a diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis was treated with RFP, INH, SM, EMB and PAS for three years (1979-1982) and was admitted to National Chung Hwa Hospital (NCH) in May 1984.
