本文对双圆弧齿轮轮齿的应力场进行三维有限元分析,得到了轮齿应力的空间分布。指出,该齿轮的最大应力发生在加载点端载面内凸凹齿廓过渡曲线处。
In this paper, three-dimensional finite element analysis of the stress field of double-circular arc gear tooth was carried out, and the spatial distribution of tooth stress was obtained. It is pointed out that the maximum stress of this gear occurs at the transition curve of the concave and convex profile in the loading end surface.
