Previously, vitamin A has been shown to have an adjuvant effect. Based on this and some other studies on immune stimulants, it is suggested that vitamin A may help to inhibit tumor growth. Vitamin A can reduce the incidence of tumors caused by certain viruses and chemical carcinogens, but it has not been demonstrated that vitamin A can inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor cells. The authors found that this vitamin has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of a highly immunogenic murine melanoma. All experiments used S-91 (Cloudman) melanoma. This tumor is spontaneously generated in DBA mice, can be transplanted into BALB/G mice, and made into a single cell suspension for transplantation experiments. Use 10~5 or 5*10~5 fine
