2007年6月14日22时丽江市疾控中心接到报告,宁蒗县西川乡石门坎行政村同一家庭3名村民发生不明原因死亡,同时还有数名村民出现临床症状。卫生局应急办接到报告后,即派专家组前往调查,结合详细的流行病学调查资料、住院病人和家属的临床表现及相关实验室检测结果,专家组判定为“云南不明原因猝死”。调查结果报告如下。
At 14:00 on June 14, 2007, Lijiang CDC received a report that there were 3 unexplained deaths among 3 villagers in the same family in Shimenkang Administrative Village, Nishina County, and several villagers showed clinical symptoms. After receiving the report, the Emergency Department of the Health Bureau dispatched an expert group to investigate and combined the detailed epidemiological survey data, the clinical manifestations of inpatients and their relatives and the related laboratory test results, and the expert panel judged that “the sudden death of unknown causes in Yunnan ”. The survey results are reported below.
