依法治教是发展教育的重要保障,是国家推进教育改革和发展的重要方略。中小学教育法规的缺失,对教育方针的贯彻、依法治教的实施、学校的规范管理和教师队伍的建设都带来严重影响,亦不利于教育的长期发展。文章对中小学教育法规的部分缺失内容进行了阐述,分析各种缺失带来的影响,目的是引起教育管理者的重视,有助于推进中国特色教育法规的完善。
To administer education according to law is an important guarantee for the development of education and an important strategy for the country in promoting education reform and development. The lack of primary and secondary education laws and regulations has exerted a serious impact on the implementation of education policy, the implementation of administering education in accordance with the law, the standard management of schools and the building of a contingent of teachers. Nor is it conducive to the long-term development of education. The article expounds some missing contents of primary and secondary education laws and regulations and analyzes the impact of various deficiencies in order to arouse the attention of educational administrators and promote the improvement of education laws and regulations with Chinese characteristics.
