Reported on divalent rhodium complex catalyzed decomposition of diazoamides and diazo esters of these diazo compounds in the divalent rhodium catalyzed reaction showed different reaction pathway rhodium (II) carbene reaction in addition to the electronic effect , May also be conformationally controlled by the reaction substrate.In some cases, the conformation of the reaction substrate may be a major factor in controlling the chemical selectivity of the reaction.
