山东省自１９６２年发现有华支睾吸虫病流行，此后进行了较系统的流行病学调查研究，至８０年代中期，已基本查清了该病的流行范围和程度，并开展了大规模防治工作。为进一步了解和掌握目前全省华支睾吸虫病的流行状况，近年来，我们从全省１０７个流行县中抽出部分原重点流行
Since 1962, there was a prevalence of Clonorchiasis in Shandong Province. Since then, a systematic epidemiological investigation has been conducted. By the mid-1980s, the scope and extent of the disease have been basically ascertained and large-scale prevention and treatment jobs. In order to further understand and grasp the prevalence of Clonorchis sinensis in the province at present, in recent years, we have extracted some of the original key epidemics from 107 endemic counties in the province
