目的了解成都市健康人群流脑A群和C群抗体水平,为采取有效的预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法按分层抽样方法采集6个年龄组623名健康人群的血清标本检测流脑A群和C群IgG抗体。结果成都市健康人群中流脑A群抗体阳性率为90.05%,流脑C群抗体阳性率为58.59%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=161.53,P<0.01)。不同年龄组健康人群中A群抗体保护率15~19岁组96.70%最高、0~2岁组77.86%最低,0~2岁流脑A群抗体保护率与其他年龄组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同年龄组健康人群中C群抗体保护率3~4岁组75.44%最高、7~14岁组32.89%最低,0~6岁与7岁以上年龄组健康人群中流脑C群抗体保护率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论成都市健康人群中流脑A群抗体水平维持在较高水平,短期内发生流脑A群暴发流行的可能性较低。流脑C群抗体水平较低且存在流脑C群菌自然感染状态,有发生流脑C群暴发流行的可能,因此在做好儿童流脑A+C群多糖疫苗常规免疫接种和儿童入托、入学预防接种证查验补种的同时,要注意监外来人口聚居区流脑疫情变化及早开展防控工作。
Objective To understand the levels of antibodies against meningococcal group A and group C in healthy population in Chengdu and provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control measures. Methods Serum samples of 623 healthy people from 6 age groups were collected for the detection of meningococcal group A and group C IgG antibodies by stratified sampling. Results In Chengdu healthy population, the positive rate of meningococcal group A antibody was 90.05%, and the positive rate of meningococcal group C antibody was 58.59%. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 161.53, P <0.01). The antibody protection rate of group A antibody in group A to group 19 was the highest (96.70%) and lowest in group 0 to 2 (77.86%). The rate of antibody protection among group A and group A 0-2 was statistically different from other age groups P <0.01). The protection rate of C group antibody among the healthy population of different age groups was the highest at 75.44% in 3 ~ 4 years group, the lowest was 32.89% in 7 ~ 14 years group, and the protection rate of C group antibody in EC 0 ~ 6 and 7 years old group was Statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusions The level of antibody against meningococcal group A in Chengdu healthy population is maintained at a high level, and the outbreak of meningococcal group A in the short term is less likely. Therefore, in the routine immunization and pediatric entropy of children’s cerebrospinal meningitis A + C polysaccharide vaccine, there is a possibility that the meningitis C group antibody is low and the natural infection of meningococcal C group bacteria exists. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the early prevention and control of the epidemic situation of meningococcal meningitis in the population inquisition areas.
