一、盖州的经济形势目前盖州经济依然很严峻,经济依然很困难,但盖州经济的基本面是好的,正向工业化、城镇化、市场化迈进。盖州经济很严峻,很困难的原因:(一)国际金融危机影响。中国每年对美国出口额都在20%上下,去年降到8.9%,特别是11月份出现了陡降,进口额变为负数,进口额下降表明国内经济萎缩,出口额下降说明国外需求下降。(二)盖州的经济总量小,工业项目小,尤其是高科技附加值高的项目更少,营口市委书记赵化明到盖州调研时,提到盖州工业园水平不高,项目储备量少,项目少造成税收少,因为财政主要来源是税收,所以我们的工资与周边地区相比有一定的差距。
