近年来维甲酸(RA)在血液系统疾病的应用越来越多,而其对急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)的疗效已得到肯定。随着RA的临床应用其副作用亦被逐渐认识。现将我院1991年1月至9月收治5例APL经RA治疗后其中2例出现骨、关节疼痛报告如下。
In recent years, retinoic acid (RA) more and more applications in the blood system diseases, and its effect on acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) has been affirmed. With the clinical application of RA its side effects have also been gradually recognized.
