目的 :研究葛根素注射液与临床常用的10种药物配伍的稳定性。方法 :观察配伍液的外观 ,测定配伍液的pH值、微粒和葛根素的含量变化。结果与结论 :葛根素注射液与三磷酸腺苷、辅酶A、三氮唑核苷配伍后 pH有显著改变 ,不宜配伍应用 ;与维生素B6、氯化钾、酚磺乙胺、西米替丁、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、红霉素配伍后 ,外观、pH、微粒及葛根素相对含量无显著性改变 ,可配伍应用
Objective: To study the stability of compatibility of puerarin injection with 10 commonly used drugs in clinical practice. Methods: To observe the appearance of the compatibility liquid, determine the pH value of the compatibility liquid, the content of microparticles and puerarin. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The combination of puerarin injection with adenosine triphosphate, coenzyme A and ribavirin had a significant change in pH and should not be used in compatibility.
