模块化不仅成为很多企业适应市场需求变化的生产方式,模块化也越来越成为一些企业适应市场需求变化的组织创新模式,从而引起了组织模式的改变和产业结构的变革。模块化分解是企业模块化的重要基础和前提。本文以金融业跨国公司为例来探讨服务型跨国公司的企业模块化分解路径,以期通过可操作性的企业模块化分解路径为更多服务型跨国公司的企业模块化实践提供理论借鉴。
Modularization has not only become the mode of production that many enterprises adapt to the changes of market demand, but also becomes more and more the organizational innovation mode that some enterprises adapt to the change of market demand, which leads to the change of organizational mode and the change of industrial structure. Modular decomposition is an important basis and premise for enterprise modularization. In this paper, we take the financial multinationals as an example to explore the enterprise modular disintegration paths of service multinationals, in order to provide theoretical reference for the practice of multinational multinational corporations through the operable modular decomposition path.
