目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤加减配合西药治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,两组均用常规西药抗病毒及提高免疫功能治疗,治疗组另用龙胆泻肝汤加减。结果:总有效率治疗组93.3%、对照组66.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤加减配合西药治疗带状疱疹疗效较好。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Long Dan Xie Gan Decoction combined with Western medicine on herpes zoster. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine antivirus and immune function improvement. The treatment group was additionally treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Long Dan Xie Gan Decoction plus western medicine treatment of herpes zoster better effect.
