以总抗氧化力、清除羟自由基(·OH)能力、(DPPH·)的清除能力为指标,对复合酶法超声辅助和超高压处理提取2种不同方法提取所得的高寒香菊花粗多糖进行了体外抗氧化性比较研究。结果表明,超高压处理提取的高寒香菊花粗多糖的抗氧化性远远高于复合酶法超声辅助法。
The total antioxidant capacity, · · OH scavenging capacity, (DPPH ·) scavenging capacity as an indicator of complex enzymatic ultrasound-assisted and ultra-high pressure treatment extracted two different methods of extraction of alpine Zanthoxylum crude polysaccharide In vitro anti-oxidation comparative study. The results showed that the antioxidant activity of crude polysaccharides extracted from the super-high-pressure treatment was much higher than that of the composite enzymatic ultrasound-assisted method.
