目的研究金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜对五倍子提取物的抵抗力。方法采用平板改良法体外复制金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜模型,用载体定量杀菌试验法进行实验室检测。结果培养3 d形成的金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜对体积分数1.5%的五倍子提取物溶液耐受时间为10 m in,作用20 m in可达到完全杀灭;对0.375%五倍子提取物溶液耐受时间为30 m in,作用60 m in可达到完全杀灭。培养7 d形成的金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜对体积分数1.5%五倍子提取物溶液耐受时间为30 m in,作用60 m in可达到完全杀灭;对0.375%五倍子提取物溶液耐受时间为90 m in,作用120 m in可达到完全消失。结论经过培养可形成金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜,其对五倍子提取物耐受时间和杀灭时间均随浓度降低而增加。
Objective To study the resistance of Staphylococcus aureus biofilm to gallnut extract. Methods The Staphylococcus aureus biofilm model was replicated in vitro by plate modification method, and the laboratory quantitative test was carried out by the method of carrier quantitative bactericidal test. Results Staphylococcus aureus biofilm formed on the 3rd day could completely kill the gallnut extract solution with a volume fraction of 1.5% for 10 m in for 20 m in. The tolerance to 0.375% gallnut extract solution 30 m in, the role of 60 m in can achieve complete kill. Staphylococcus aureus biofilm cultured for 7 days on 1.5% volume fraction of gallnut extract solution tolerance time of 30 m in, the role of 60 m in can be completely killed; 0.375% gallnut extract solution was 90 m in, the role of 120 m in can be achieved completely disappear. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus biofilm can be formed after culturing, and the tolerance time and killing time to gallnut extract all increase with decreasing concentration.
