《九年制义务教育全日制小学语文教学大纲》指出:“小学生作文就是练习把自己亲身经历的事情或把自己看到的、听到的、想到的内容,用恰当的语言文字表达出来。”同时还指出:“作文是学生认识水平和语言文字表达能力的体现。”这就使我们明确了作文的主要任务是培养学生用文字表达有意义内容的能力。这种文字表达能力的培养,必须以“字、词、句、篇”等知识和基本的表现方法为基础,以“看到的、听到的、想到的”内容为前提。道理很简单,学生有话可说,有事可写,才能进一步把话说明白、说透彻,把事写清楚、写深刻。根据这个道理我们采取了低年级充分打好字、词、句的基础,中、高年级坚持“看、读、说、写”的主体发展,同步提高的做法。

According to this principle, we have taken the foundation of fully laying down words, words and sentences in the lower grades, while the middle and senior grades adhere to the development of the main body of “See, Read, Say and Write” and simultaneously improve them.
