目的 观察青光眼四号对原发性开角型青光眼视功能的作用。方法 对接受青光眼四号治疗的 42例 (77只眼 )原发性开角型青光眼患者治疗前后视力、视野和视网膜神经纤维层的变化进行了回顾性研究。结果 全视网膜平均光敏感度、 1 5°环平均光敏感度及上 1 /2视野平均光敏感度与治疗前相比有明显改善 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗后随访半年上述指标仍显著高于治疗前(P <0 0 5 )。结论 青光眼四号可部分改善原发性开角型青光眼的视功能
Objective To observe the effect of glaucoma IV on visual function of primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods The changes of visual acuity, visual field and retinal nerve fiber layer in 42 patients (77 eyes) with primary open-angle glaucoma treated with glaucoma IV were retrospectively studied. Results The average photosensitivity of the whole retina, the average photosensitivity of 15 ° ring and the average photosensitivity of 1/2 field were significantly improved compared with that before treatment (P <0.05). After six months of follow-up, the above indexes were still significantly higher than before treatment (P <0 05). Conclusion Glaucoma IV can partially improve the visual function of primary open-angle glaucoma
