本文应用鱼类背大动脉导管插管术和心电图描记方法,同时记录处于自由游动状态下的草鱼(Ctenopharyngondon idellus)和青鱼(Mylopharyngodonpiceus)的背大动脉血压和心率。结果表明,鱼类血压和心率的变化与其呼吸机能状态密切相关。缺氧会导致血压升高,脉压加大、心率减慢。改进后的内穿刺插管法可减少手术中的失血和对背大动脉的损伤程度,有助于提高测量数据的准确性及鱼类心血管慢性实验成功率
In this study, the dorsal artery catheterization and electrocardiography were used to record the dorsal arterial pressure and heart rate of Ctenopharyngondon idellus and Mylopharyngodonpiceus. The results showed that the changes of fish blood pressure and heart rate were closely related to their respiratory function status. Hypoxia can cause high blood pressure, increased pulse pressure and slow heart rate. The improved method of endotracheal intubation can reduce the blood loss during surgery and the damage to the dorsal aorta, which can help to improve the accuracy of the measurement data and the success rate of chronic cardiovascular experimental fish
