本文研究了3H-TNT在大鼠体内的毒物动力学。TNT的生物半衰期为9.3h,经气管内注入TNT的生物利用度为88.17%。TNT在工人体内的代谢物2.6-二硝基-4-氨基甲苯(DNAT)主要经尿排出,其排出量与TNT接触水平有关,与TNT皮肤污染量相关更为密切,提示有接触水平-效应关系,测定尿中DNAT可作为职业接触TNT的生物监测指标。根据TNT毒物动力学参数和TLV值的推算结果,结合职业接触TNT的人群资料,参考非接触人群尿中DNAT的本底值,初步提出TNT生物接触指数(BEI)为1mg/L。
This article studies the toxicokinetics of 3H-TNT in rats. The biological half-life of TNT was 9.3h, and the bioavailability of TNT intratracheally was 88.17%. TNT metabolites in the body of workers mainly excreted by urine, the amount of TNAT exposure and TNT exposure was related to TNT skin contamination more closely, suggesting a contact level - effect, determination of DNAT in urine can be used as biological monitoring indicators of occupational exposure to TNT. According to the results of TNT toxicokinetic parameters and TLV values, combined with the data of occupational exposure to TNT and the reference value of DNAT in urine of non-contact population, the bioassay index (BEI) of TNT was initially proposed to be 1mg / L.
