河北一读者:《经济管理》编辑部,我一直拜读贵刊,对贵刊发表的可供操作的文章很感兴趣。尤其是今年以来,贵刊面向读者进行了一系列改革,文章质量大大提高,文章影响日益加大。我所在单位管理人员争相阅读。我想在此建议贵刊推出一些解决建立现代企业制度中遇到的具体问题的文章,尤其是与股份制有关的文章,如企业间是否可以相互“换股”?如何交换?等等。
