国家林权改革政策的实施是一个动态过程,包括政策的制定、执行以及效果反馈等环节,其中每一个环节的运行都蕴含着巨大的交易成本。本文分析了国家林权改革过程中交易成本产生的层面和形成原因。
The implementation of the national forest tenure reform policy is a dynamic process, including the formulation and implementation of policies and the feedback of results. Each of these operations involves enormous transaction costs. This paper analyzes the level and causes of transaction costs in the process of national forest tenure reform.
